Zoom Instructions:
We have been using Zoom video meetings for Council 8009 Officers meetings. It has worked out very well allowing us to continue business as "almost" normal. You will be able to see and hear all the other meeting participants. It is a very simple process:
1. You must have a good internet connection.
2. You may use your laptop, desktop, smartphone or tablet. The interfaces that you see on each of these devices are slightly different, but after a few minutes hopefully you'll figure it out.
3. In order to participate fully you should have a camera and microphone. Those are built in to smartphones, tablets and most laptops. For desktops you would need external.
4. When you are ready to join the Zoom meeting just click on the blue link below. It should take you right into the Zoom meeting. You can join in as early as 6:35 PM if you need any help. Bob Kwiecinski will be standing by to assist online and his cell phone at 734-771-9501.
5. If like, you can also phone in with the number listed below to participate.
6. This is very important: Since we will have a number of participants we ask that you MUTE yourself and just unmute when you have something to say.

Here are the minutes to the meeting and a list of officers positions for election at end.
