SMALL WONDERS OF THE CREATOR

Some persons see the wonders of the Creator
Only in things enormous, huge or grand;
Like the power of a volcano,
A glacier or desert spread of sand.
For me, I find wonder
In things He created small,
A tiny bug, a simple seed,
To me are most awesome of all.

Created by His hand
Are tiny parts that make the insect fly,
And the seed that spawns a tree
That reaches to the sky.

God’s gentle touch and profound love
In those small things we can see,
As much as His awesome power
Are shown on mountains and in the sea.
