Eugene was born on October 18, 1940 and passed away on Friday, November 10, 2017. Eugene was a resident of Dale City, Virginia at the time of passing. He graduated from Liberty High School and Moravian College. He also served in the Air Force and retired from the U.S. General Accountability Office in 1997.
The funeral service is Friday, November 17, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, 12975 Purcell Road, Manassas, Virginia 20012.
