Thomas Edward Cousins, age 57, passed away at his home in New Lenox on Monday, August 28, 2023.
Thomas is survived by his beloved wife, Dawn (née Montgomery) Cousins; children, Samantha (Nick) Dybas, Kylie (Adam) Kraft, and Natalie Cousins; father, Thomas James Cousins; siblings, Mike Cousins, Steve (Kristin) Cousins, Ken (Dana) Cousins, and Teresa (Keith) Sinks; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his mother Geraldine (née Fitzgerald) Cousins.
Tom will be remembered as a generous, fun-loving, and kind person who always had a smile on his face. He was a family man who prioritized his relationships with others and welcomed everyone with open arms. You could always find him listening to heavy metal, watching movies, and supporting his favorite Chicago sports teams - the Bulls, Blackhawks, Bears, and White Sox. He was a proud member of his parish and served as Treasurer for the Knights of Columbus for several years. Tom’s passing will be felt by many.
