ASSEMBLY OBSERVATION OF FOUNDERS DAY MASS HOSTED BY ST JOSEPH COUNCIL 571 AT OLOG CHURCH AT 5:30 PM

Assembly Corporate Mass:  

This month we will be meeting Thursday, March 19th at 5:30pm for Mass at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church for their St. Joseph Day Service. We will be combining this with our Founders Day Mass, which was to be on March 23rd. Therefore, there will be no regular meeting on March 23rd as previously listed.

This will serve as our Founders Day Mass and Meeting. Assembly 569 will provide an Honor Guard for Thursday’s Mass, with at least one member from each council. After the mass, a plaque will be presented to the church in recognition of all who donated toward the new audio-video equipment that Assembly 569 installed for the past Mouse races. After the Presentation, Council 571 will be serving a Spaghetti Dinner in honor of St. Joseph’s Day, for OLOG parishioners and all who attend. Also, this month we are scheduled to appoint a nominating committee to select candidates for next year’s officers. The FN hereby appoints  Mike Violett, Len Archer, John Joe, Larry Rittenhouse, and Dennis Conz to on this committee. They will present their recommendations at our April Meeting which  will be at Council 5067 instead of St. James due to their Hall being remodeled.
